Coach Lay

Marie Hester (Coach Lay) is a dynamic student, accomplished cheerleader, and dedicated coach with a passion for empowering others through dance and cheerleading. Her journey into the world of cheer began at the age of 12, under the direction of Coach Shay. Her exceptional talent and leadership qualities quickly earned her the prestigious title of cheer captain in her very first season.

Eager to share her knowledge and inspire others, Coach Lay embarked on her coaching and mentoring path at the young age of 13, becoming the youngest cheer coach in her community. This early dedication and commitment to coaching have not gone unnoticed, as she was recognized by local college alumni and awarded a cheer scholarship after her rookie season of cheer, a remarkable achievement for a middle school student.

With a wealth of experience as a dancer, a natural flair for leadership, and a genuine desire to uplift those around her, Coach Lay continues to make her mark in the world of cheerleading and coaching.
